Every day, our Head Chef and his team carefully choose top quality ingredients from local ethical and sustainable producers. This way, the menu always reflects the very best of what the region has to offer, so expect fresh, delicious, seasonally changing menus.
Our Winter 2019 menu has been curated using the best seasonally available local produce, and tells a story along our journey. We don’t want to spoil your experience, so we won’t publish it here. Our carefully designed degustation experience includes vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and lactose free alterations upon request. These changes are available with prior notice, and will not impact upon the story our menu is telling. Other allergies and intolerances may be accommodated with prior notice, however these will impact on the degustation experience.
Our beverage offerings showcase our region, and incorporate beers, wines and ciders. Our wait staff are happy to help you choose your perfect tipple by the bottle or glass. We also serve a comprehensive range of local and imported spirits.*
